Amazon Inc. in Mexico seeks Area Managers for Fulfillment Centers to own budgetary, people development and operations objectives for a functional area. You will lead staffing plans, drive quality initiatives, and coordinate with HR, Finance and IT to secure resources for projects.

The role requires managing a hourly workforce, guiding performance, and sharing best practices across shifts and departments to meet the FC business plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Experience supporting hourly workforces of 50+ employees and leading teams.
• Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drives staffing plans, schedules and quality initiatives to meet Business Plan for the FC area.
• Measures performance and holds managers accountable for results.
• Leverages staff to source ideas and create improvement plans for the area.
• Ensures best practices are shared across departments, shifts, and networks.
• Coordinates with HR, Finance, Facilities, IT and other senior ops to secure support for projects.
• Addresses operational and personnel issues affecting the area and surfaces cross-functional risks.
