Amazon Cancún is seeking an Area Shift Manager for Last Mile Operations. This on-site role leads a large, diverse team to meet demand, maintains safety, and drives productivity across shifts. You will work with cross-functional partners to optimize routes, staffing, and processes.

You will analyze data, implement corrective actions, and coach front-line teams, with weekends, nights, and holidays possible. Advanced Excel skills and a proactive, customer-centric mindset are essential to succeed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, vlookup, etc.).

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyze and implement corrective actions to maintain high quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team while handling administrative tasks and building a strong team culture.
• Analyze performance and suggest process improvements to optimize operations and customer service.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvements in health, safety, and productivity.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardize shift processes.
