Job summary

Axis Communications in Mexico City is seeking an Experience Center Coordinator to handle administrative duties within the Axis Experience Center and support management of customer and internal meetings.

You will manage invitations, greet guests, and coordinate sign-in, badges, and event logistics. You will work with Events Planning, Area Marketing, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience greeting and assisting visitors and attendees.
• Ability to manage sign-in, badges, and visitor flow.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Initiate invitations to meeting prospects and attendees.
• Provide reception desk and phone coverage and greet guests.
• Manage visitor sign-in, badge issuance, and attendance reports.
• Maintain facility cleanliness before and after meetings.
• Coordinate inventory of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Collaborate with Events Planning and Marketing teams as needed.
• Support with lead management and budget reporting tasks.
• Interface with building landlord and manage packages.
• Coordinate catering services and hotel/vendor relationships.
