Job summary

CBRE HV is seeking an Experience Coordinator to shape daily workplace experiences at a premier site in Mexico City. You will manage front-of-house, visitor greeting, access control, and maintain a welcoming and secure environment.

You will also handle mail, supplies, onboarding, vendor coordination, and on-site events to keep operations smooth. In this role, you will ensure events run on time, respond professionally to inquiries, and troubleshoot issues before they impact occupants.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or a workplace environment.
• Comfortable with standard workplace and collaboration tools (email, documents, spreadsheets, and scheduling).
• Experience in corporate, hotel, or premium service environments and with visitor management or workplace coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, issue passes, direct guests, and maintain site security.
• Coordinate mail, supplies, onboarding, and vendor relationships to ensure service levels.
• Plan and manage on-site events, space reservations, setup/teardown, and delivery of supplies.
