Job summary

Omkara México is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment operations and develop a high-performing team of four recruitment executives, handling specialized, managerial, director, executive, and technology searches.

You will own end-to-end execution from intake and strategy to candidate placement and follow-up, collaborating with executive leadership and clients across national and international markets, and driving AI, automation, dashboards, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or Executive Search.
• 2 years of experience leading recruitment teams.
• Experience recruiting managerial, executive, or technology roles.
• Advanced English (C1) for international clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of multiple Executive Search projects.
• Define priorities, allocate workloads, and develop structured recruitment plans.
• Ensure timely delivery of shortlists, assessments, finalist reports, and client commitments.
• Anticipate risks and remove roadblocks to keep projects moving.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, team productivity, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and executive reporting.
