Landing in Mexico City seeks an Executive Business Partner to join our Operations team. This in-office role supports the VP of Operations with cross-functional coordination, dashboards, and action tracking across two countries.

You will sit in meetings, pull data from dashboards, manage commitments, and prepare agendas. The ideal candidate combines sharp analytics with practical execution and strong bilingual communication.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site in Mexico City.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills and multitasking ability.
• Comfortable reading dashboards and BI outputs.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real work.

Responsabilités

• Track open commitments across multiple departments and keep them moving to completion.
• Prepare and distribute agendas and pre-reads for recurring reviews so meetings start at the decision.
• Capture, track, and distribute action items with owners to ensure follow-through.
• Pull dashboard findings and come back with recommendations.
• Build simple recurring reports to avoid manual number-pulling.
• Use AI tools to drive efficiency in analysis, communications, research, and preparation.
• Identify process gaps and areas needing better visibility.
• Spend time with CDMX teams, attend meetings, and help execute work.
• Surface issues not making it up the chain with evidence-backed escalation.
• Organize site visits, offsites, and maintain centralized docs and trackers.
• Travel regularly to the United States to support cross-border operations.
