Job summary

Landing in Mexico City seeks a Business Operations Associate to join the Operations team. This in-office role sits at the intersection of executive support, cross-functional coordination, and operational analysis.

You will support the VP of Operations by tracking commitments, preparing agendas, and surfacing actionable insights from dashboards. The role emphasizes information, coordination, and development potential toward manager or program lead positions within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Availability to work on-site in Mexico City.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable in spreadsheets and BI tools (read a dashboard and explain it).
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real work.

Responsibilities

• Track open commitments across multiple departments and keep them moving to completion.
• Prepare and distribute agendas and pre-reads for recurring reviews so meetings start at the decision.
• Capture, track, and distribute action items, following up with owners.
• Fetch dashboard findings and provide concise recommendations.
• Build and maintain recurring reports to reduce manual number-pulling.
• Spend real time with CDMX teams, attend meetings, and help execute what moves work forward.
• Surface issues not making it up the chain with context to act on.
