dLocal is seeking a Strategic Operations Manager in Mexico City to drive efficiency, scale processes, and support strategic initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the Country Manager and lead cross-functional programs to grow the region and ensure compliant, high-quality service delivery.

The role requires a finance background, 6+ years in operations/strategy, and strong English communication.

Competenze

Finance background with industry knowledge.
6+ years in ops/strategy or related role.
Experience in Payments Industry, Fintechs, and Digital Banks.
Familiar with Legal, Finance, Product, and IT interactions.
Fluent in written and spoken English.

Mansioni

Support Country Manager in daily operations, decisions, and regional strategy.
Lead cross-functional strategic and operational projects to drive growth and scalability.
Build and maintain relationships with acquirers, banks, regulators, and stakeholders.
Analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities with internal teams.
Oversee onboarding improvements and time-to-revenue optimization.
Ensure regulatory, AML/KYC, and tax compliance across local laws.
Develop operational playbooks and standardize processes for country operations.
Prepare business cases for market entries, partnerships, and product launches.
Represent dLocal in regulatory meetings and industry forums.
