Landing seeks an Executive Business Partner to join the Operations team in Mexico City. This in-office role focuses on information flow and coordination, supporting the VP of Operations across two countries and various high-stakes workstreams.

You will be the second pair of eyes and hands, ensuring commitments stay visible and progress is clear. The role blends scheduling with operational intelligence, develops scalable reporting, and uses AI tools to drive efficiency.

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Able to read dashboards and explain variances.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in real work.

Responsabilidades

• Track open commitments across departments and move them to completion.
• Prepare and distribute agendas and pre-reads for recurring reviews.
• Capture, track, and distribute action items with owners for accountability.
• Extract findings from dashboards and provide concise recommendations.
• Build and maintain simple recurring reports to automate number pulls.
• Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency in analysis, communications, research, and preparation.
