Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis, ideally supporting a senior leader.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Track open commitments across departments and ensure timely progress.
• Prepare agendas and pre-reads for reviews to start at decisions.
• Capture, track, and distribute action items with owners.
• Pull dashboard insights and present concise findings with recommendations.
• Build recurring reports to reduce manual number-pulling.
• Use AI tools to drive efficiency in analysis, communications, and prep.
• Identify process gaps and areas needing better visibility.
• Spend time with Mexico City teams, attend meetings, and assist execution.
• Surface under-elevated issues and flag early problems with context.
• Manage high-priority scheduling and ensure clear meeting criteria.
• Organize site visits, offsites, and maintain centralized docs.
• Travel regularly to the United States to support cross-border ops.
