Job summary

Landing, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Business Operations Associate to join our in-office Operations team. This role sits at the intersection of executive support, cross-functional coordination, and operational analysis, acting as the VP of Operations' second set of eyes, ears, and hands.

You will track commitments, pull dashboards, and build recurring reports, while traveling to the United States for cross-border alignment. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in operations coordination, program support, or business analysis in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple workstreams.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and BI tools; ability to read dashboards.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency in real work.

Responsibilities

• Track commitments across departments and move them to completion.
• Prepare agendas and pre-reads for reviews to start at decisions.
• Capture and distribute action items with owners, following up as needed.
• Analyze dashboards and present findings with concise recommendations.
• Build recurring reports to reduce manual number pulling.
• Travel to the United States regularly to support cross-border operations.
• Support cross-functional teams across Mexico City and US leadership.
