Netflix is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support three to four Directors within the LATAM Marketing organization. The role is regionally distributed across Mexico City, Bogotá, Buenos Aires, and São Paulo, and requires fluency in English and Spanish.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, discreet, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities across time zones and cultures. This position is based in Mexico City and involves travel and event planning.

Formación

• 7+ years as an administrative or executive assistant.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience in fast-paced or global orgs.

Responsabilidades

• Manage calendars for 3–4 Directors across LATAM with multiple time zones.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Adapt to last-minute changes and shifting priorities.
• Prepare documents and presentations using Google Workspace.
• Plan team off-sites, on-sites and large meetings with budget tracking.
• Liaise with workplace teams for space planning in Mexico City office.
• Circulate clear, actionable summaries from meetings.
• Collaborate with other admins on cross-functional initiatives.
• Support ad hoc team projects and events.
