MissionHires is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events for clients across Latin America.
The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience coordinating large-scale conferences, meetings, and incentive programs, a broad network of partners, and a proven ability to attract new business while delivering measurable results within budget and timeline constraints.
The Corporate Events Manager will be responsible for leading, planning, and executing high-impact corporate events for our clients in Latin America. We are looking for a professional with at least 15 years of successful experience in planning and executing corporate events for large audiences, with an extensive network of partners, vendors, and contacts throughout the region, as well as a broad portfolio of potential clients whom they can attract to our organization.
Lead, plan, and coordinate events from start to finish, ensuring that all details are taken care of and that the client’s objectives and budget are met
Manage event logistics, including the selection of venues, catering, transportation, and accommodations
Supervise and lead your team throughout the entire event planning and execution process, ensuring effective coordination and a high level of client satisfaction
Work closely with creative and design teams to ensure that the event’s aesthetics and experience meet the client’s quality standards
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and contacts throughout Latin America to ensure excellence in event execution
Expand the client portfolio by attracting new business through your extensive network of industry contacts and relationships
Stay abreast of trends and best practices in the events industry to deliver innovation and consistent quality in our services.
At least 15 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and successfully executing events for large audiences across Latin America
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
Extensive network of contacts and partners in the travel, events, entertainment, and technology industries
Proven skills in supplier negotiation and efficient budget management
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English. Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus!
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide teams toward success
Experience operating events in Mexico, rest of LATAM and abroad

Valid visa and passport
Availability to travel
Familiarity with IATA airport codes and airlines
Knowledge of negotiations with hotels and local suppliers such as DMCs, restaurants, tour operators, etc.
