Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Role Overview

We are searching for a strategic Executive Producer to lead audiovisual production for snack categories (Biscuits & Gum) across Latin America. This individual contributor role partners closely with clients and facilitates internal teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative teams in Mexico and post-production in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Lead projects from initial brief to final delivery, guaranteeing top-quality creative assets.
• Client Partnership: Act as a strategic ally for clients, utilizing strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Regional Coordination: Collaborate with accounts, creative, and post-production teams across countries (Le pub and Colombia teams).
• Financial Oversight: Manage production budgets efficiently, ensuring optimization and accurate tracking.
• Global Reporting: Maintain technical and executive communication with global teams.

Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: Experience in both production houses and advertising agencies.
• Category Expertise: Experience in FMCG sector, preferably snacks.
• Language Skills: Advanced English (C1/C2) required for global reporting and meetings.
• Technical Mastery: Strong command of production resources, budgets, and regional post-production workflows.
• Portfolio: Mandatory book or production reel showcasing previous work.
