MissionHires is seeking a Corporate Events Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-impact events for clients across Latin America.

The ideal candidate has at least 15 years of experience coordinating large-scale conferences, meetings, and incentive programs, a broad network of partners, and a proven ability to attract new business while delivering measurable results within budget and timeline constraints.

Formación

• 15+ years of experience in planning and executing large-scale events across Latin America.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• Extensive network of partners, vendors, and contacts in travel, events, and tech.
• Proven supplier negotiation and budget management skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate events from concept to delivery, meeting client objectives and budget.
• Oversee logistics: venues, catering, transport, and accommodations.
• Direct the event planning team to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure premium event aesthetics and experience.
• Develop vendor relationships and expand the Latin America client portfolio.
• Stay current with industry trends to deliver innovative, high-quality services.
