The ideal candidate has experience in online customer service, excellent Spanish communication, and the ability to multi-task with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service, preferably online.
• Excellent Spanish written and spoken communication.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency with digital communication platforms and CRM software.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree is a plus.
• Empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
• Must have reliable internet and a home office for fully remote work.
• Residing in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí is beneficial but not mandatory.
