Job summary

Factorial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to be the technical point of contact for enterprise accounts, guiding them from pre-sales through onboarding and production adoption.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and drive go-live with hands-on problem solving and strong communication in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting or similar SaaS roles.
• Engineering mindset with deep debugging and data investigation skills.
• Delivery management experience with sprints and stakeholder communication.
• Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and incident communication.
• Hands-on knowledge in APIs, data management, or identity and access.
• Experience with enterprise customers and meetings with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical workstream for enterprise accounts.
• Lead discovery sessions, scope, risks, milestones, acceptance.
• Guide onboarding: configuration, data onboarding, integrations, testing, go-live.
• Escalation owner for complex blockers, drive resolution.
• Provide technical support via email and tickets; communicate status.
• Monitor integration issues and communicate with customers.
