G-P is seeking a Forward Deployed Operations Manager to lead enterprise onboarding across multiple countries. You will sit at the crossroads of enterprise project management, global employment compliance, customer activation, and operational delivery to ensure seamless expansions and long-term satisfaction.

The role requires 4+ years in enterprise onboarding or related fields, with experience in global employment mechanics and complex multi-stakeholder projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Implementation or related area.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics (Employer of Record, global payroll, etc.).
• Experience managing multi-country projects using formal frameworks (PMP, Agile, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate regulatory/operational realities into actionable steps for clients.

Responsabilités

• End-to-End onboarding for multi-country EOR programs, managing timelines and risks.
• Serve as the primary operational partner for enterprise POCs and ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Coordinate with regional HR Ops and Sales to align resources and streamline program execution.
• Oversee global compliance, visa/immigration, benefits administration, and localized contracts.
• Translate in-country nuances into clear action plans while ensuring regulatory adherence.
• Develop and refine implementation playbooks and scalable workflows.
