Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential customers through cold calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and business needs.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Account Executives.
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure a smooth and effective sales process.
• Partner with Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve prospect engagement.
• Track activities, pipeline progress, and prospect information using CRM tools.
• Experiment with new prospecting approaches and continuously improve conversion rates.

As part of the team in charge of creating new business opportunities and driving pipeline growth, you'll be in charge of prospecting potential customers, qualifying opportunities, and partnering with Account Executives to accelerate revenue growth.
