LatamCent is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers and help them maximize value from our AI workforce platform. This hands-on role blends full-stack development, AI/ML application work, customer-facing implementation, and technical problem solving.

You'll own integrations, build features, MVPs, and scalable solutions while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver measurable customer impact in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Full-stack experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Hands-on Python proficiency.
• Experience building AI/ML applications and LLM prompting.
• Experience with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong communication with customers and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Customer-Facing Engineering: Work directly with customers from onboarding through ongoing usage, helping integrate and optimize AI solutions.
• Full-Stack Development: Build applications, tools, and customer solutions using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
• AI/ML Development: Build and iterate on AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting, voice tuning, and transcription optimization.
• Integrations & API: Build and manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs to ensure reliable customer workflows.
• Product Development: Build new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly address customer needs and business outcomes.
• Customer Optimization: Use customer feedback and evolving requirements to continuously improve AI solutions and workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.
• Project Ownership: Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining speed, quality, and customer impact.
• Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
