Factorial is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to support our largest enterprise accounts from pre-sales through onboarding and production adoption. You’ll be the technical point of contact, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and drive go-live.

You’ll solve a broad set of challenges spanning APIs, data migration, and identity, with hands-on debugging, scripting, and strong communication with senior customers in English and

Formación

• 3–5 years in technical consulting, implementations, or professional services in a SaaS environment.
• Engineering mindset with debugging, data investigation, and scripting skills.
• Delivery management experience with sprint planning and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with APIs and integrations, data management, or identity
• Comfort with enterprise customers and fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery, workshops, and solution design with technical and business stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into a delivery plan with scope, risks, milestones, and acceptance criteria.
• Guide end-to-end onboarding: configuration, data onboarding, integrations, testing, go-live.
• Act as escalation owner for complex blockers and drive resolutions.
• Investigate issues, analyze product behavior, and use logs to diagnose problems.
• Build lightweight tools for migrations, data cleanup, or verification.
• Provide technical support via email and ticketing channels and monitor integration issues.
