Job summary

Okendo is seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Manager in Mexico to own launches for strategic brands, guiding them from sales handoff through setup, integrations, and go-live. You will collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Account Executives to ensure value delivery.

You will design scalable onboarding programs, train brand teams, and drive on-time launches while capturing opportunities for growth and product feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, or project management at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience leading complex launches for large customers on time and to a high standard.
• Strong PM skills to plan, track, and prioritise multiple launches simultaneously.
• Technical comfort with CSV, HTML, and APIs.
• Knowledge of ecommerce tech stacks and metrics.
• Experience working with senior marketing/ecommerce stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise launch from kickoff to go-live, coordinating plan, timeline and expectations.
• Translate brand goals into launch plan across Reviews, Loyalty, Referrals, Quizzes, and Surveys.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and Account Executives.
• Design templates, playbooks, and checklists for enterprise launches.
• Train brand teams to run their programs and achieve first value by go-live date.
• Provide product feedback and partner with Marketing on customer stories.
