Cognition, an applied AI lab behind Devin, is seeking an Account Director to drive enterprise growth by sourcing, closing and activating customers while feeding product feedback to the team. You will work with engineering, product and GTM to accelerate the sales cycle and help Cognition scale.

You will join a fast-paced, high‑ambition environment where deep technical know‑how and strategic selling are essential to success.

Formación

• Track record selling deeply technical software to enterprise customers.
• Ability to learn complex technical problems quickly.
• Comfort navigating multi-stakeholder organizations.
• Thrives in fast-paced startup environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close and activation.
• Engage with C-suite, tech and AI leaders, procurement and legal stakeholders.
• Develop sourcing, product demos, and closing strategies for complex enterprises.
• Understand customer technical pain points and map Devin use cases.
• Share customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
• Build a scalable technical sales organization to bring Devin to market.
