Cognition is an applied AI lab building end-to-end software agents. We deploy Devin, the first AI software engineer, and work with top teams to solve complex problems.

As a Deployed Engineer, you will engage directly with customers, understand their workflows, and drive productive deployment and adoption of Devin. You will own technical aspects of the customer lifecycle, collaborate with clients’ engineering teams, and advocate for customer needs while contributing to rapid execution in a

Formación

• Must be fluent in Spanish to work with customers in Latin America and Spanish-speaking teams.
• Strong engineering foundation from a rigorous technical environment.
• Proven track record of exceptional performance in academics, athletics, professional, or entrepreneurial settings.
• Self-directed by default with minimal need for supervision.
• Excellent communication skills with senior engineers and executives.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Own all technical aspects of the customer lifecycle—from deployment through activation, ensuring customer success with Devin.
• Collaborate with customers to understand challenges and identify the best use cases for Devin.
• Build deep relationships with customers’ engineering teams to ensure smooth product integration and adoption.
• Incorporate customer feedback and advocate for their needs within the team.
• Be the customer oracle, using product instincts to help set the roadmap.
