TechTree is recruiting on behalf of a European platform for managing commercial real estate operations. The Account Executive will own new business for a defined Mexico territory (Mexico City), build a robust pipeline, and run enterprise deals end to end.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B software or complex tech sales, Spanish and English at business level, and MEDDICC or equivalent. Competitive base salary with uncapped commission and accelerators.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B software or complex tech sales with new business quota ownership.
• Spanish and English at business level (required).
• MEDDICC or equivalent structured sales methodology experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a new business quota with a defined territory plan.
• Qualify opportunities with MEDDICC and build multi-threaded stakeholder relationships.
• Negotiate deals worth $25k–$100k+ with multi-country expansion potential.
• Maintain strong forecast accuracy and CRM discipline.
