Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.
• Money handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly, efficient customer service.
• Perform accurate banking transactions including cash deposits and vault cash management.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets.
• Escalate client issues and manage concerns with transparency.
