Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform efficient and accurate banking transactions including cash deposits and vault cash handling.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service options offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure client and bank asset safety.
