Citigroup Inc. is seeking an entry-level Universal Teller to support daily branch operations, deliver client-facing services, and process transactions efficiently. You will also engage in sales activities in coordination with the Customer Service function to help meet revenue goals.

In this role you’ll assist Citi clients with opening and managing accounts, educate them on products, build relationships, and uphold risk and compliance standards while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualificações

• 1 year relevant experience.
• Experience working in branch services.
• Financial product sales experience.
• Ability to work well in a team oriented environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Citi clients in opening new accounts, managing current accounts and resolving complex customer service issues
• Provide a range of coverage for branch by assisting with processing transactions at teller window or on mobile platform
• Educate clients on products and services, and identify banking solutions that may cater to their financial goals
• Build rapport to engage prospects in a banking relationship and enhance existing customer relationships
• Manage supervisory responsibilities in managers absence, as needed
• Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
