Danfoss Climate Solutions' Apodaca campus in Mexico seeks a Director of HR People Partnering to lead People Partners in enabling business performance through talent, leadership, culture, workforce planning and people strategies that drive sustainable growth.

• Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex manufacturing/operational environment.
• Strong expertise in Mexican labor law, union relations, collective bargaining negotiations, and employee relations management.
• Experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, and attrition management initiatives.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels of the org.
• Experience using people data and business insights to inform decisions and drive measurable results.

The Impact You'll Make

At the Danfoss Climate Solutions Apodaca campus in Mexico, you will serve as the Director, HR People Partnering for one of our key manufacturing operations. You and your team of People Partners will enable business performance through talent, leadership, culture, workforce planning, and people strategies that enable sustainable growth.

This role goes beyond traditional HR partnering. You will play a key role in strengthening collaboration across multiple businesses and functions on campus, fostering alignment around shared workforce priorities, employee experience, and operational success.

As a trusted advisor to senior leaders, you will lead critical people initiatives including labor relations, attrition management, total rewards governance, and organizational transformation. Your ability to connect business needs with people solutions will have a direct impact on employee engagement, productivity, and long-term success.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Mexican labor law, union relations, collective bargaining negotiations, and employee relations management.
• Experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, and attrition management initiatives.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Experience using people data and business insights to inform decisions and drive measurable results.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
