Danfoss Climate Solutions' Apodaca campus in Mexico seeks a Director of HR People Partnering to lead People Partners in enabling business performance through talent, leadership, culture, workforce planning and people strategies that drive sustainable growth.

You will strengthen collaboration across multiple business units, align priorities, and act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on labor relations, total rewards governance, and organizational transformation to positively impact

Formación

• Significant experience partnering with senior business leaders in a complex manufacturing/operational environment.
• Strong expertise in Mexican labor law, union relations, collective bargaining negotiations, and employee relations management.
• Experience leading organizational development, workforce planning, and attrition management initiatives.
• Ability to influence, challenge, and coach leaders while building trusted relationships across all levels of the org.
• Experience using people data and business insights to inform decisions and drive measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with campus and business leaders to align people strategies with operational priorities, building a high-performing and collaborative campus culture.
• Lead union relationships and collective bargaining activities, while fostering productive employee relations.
• Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and attrition reduction initiatives to strengthen organizational capability and retention.
• Use people insights and data to identify opportunities, guide decision making, and improve workforce outcomes.
• Coach leaders through organizational change, employee relations matters, and leadership challenges.
