Danfoss in Apodaca, Nuevo León, seeks a Senior Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations across multiple lines, driving safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will empower teams to exceed performance targets and foster a culture of rapid problem-solving and continuous improvement.

You will shape manufacturing excellence by coordinating production, quality, and process engineering activities, while partnering with EHS and global stakeholders to deliver sustainable results.

Formación

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations and managing direct and indirect teams.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with quality management systems and IATF standards.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate across functions and organizational levels.
• Professional English communication and collaboration in a global organization.

As a Senior Production Manager in Apodaca, Nuevo León, you will lead the manufacturing operations of one of Danfoss' key business units, helping ensure that customers receive high-quality products safely, reliably, and on time.
