Danfoss is seeking a Real Estate Digital & Technology Specialist in Apodaca, Mexico to accelerate digital transformation of facilities operations. Based in Apodaca, you will connect technology, data, and operational excellence to create smarter, more sustainable workplaces.

You will lead initiatives that improve facility performance, strengthen decision-making, and support business growth across multiple sites, contributing to environmental goals and long-term value.

The Impact You'll Make

As a Real Estate Digital & Technology Specialist, you will play a key role in accelerating the digital transformation of facilities operations across Mexico. Based in Apodaca, Mexico, you will help create smarter, more efficient, and more sustainable workplaces by connecting technology, data, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Project Manager, Real Estate, you will lead initiatives that improve facility performance, strengthen decision-making, and support business growth. Your work will directly influence how infrastructure, energy, and critical assets are managed across multiple sites.

You will also contribute to strategic sustainability and investment projects, helping Danfoss advance its environmental goals while delivering long-term operational value.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead digitalization and automation initiatives across facilities operations, driving greater efficiency, operational visibility, and data-driven decision-making.
• Develop and optimize digital solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and Building Management Systems (BMS) to enable reliable reporting, actionable insights, and process automation.
• Standardize processes, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices across Mexico sites, helping create consistent operational excellence and scalable best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure, utilities, energy, and expansion projects to ensure facilities remain reliable, sustainable, and ready for future growth.
• Drive sustainability and capital investment initiatives by prioritizing projects that improve business performance, strengthen operational resilience, and support environmental goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading digital transformation, automation, or technology initiatives within facilities, engineering, manufacturing, or operations environments.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, BMS platforms, or similar digital technologies used to improve business processes and reporting.
• Knowledge of facilities infrastructure, utilities systems, energy management, asset reliability, and maintenance strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to transform data into meaningful business improvements and operational actions.
• Project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills that enable successful collaboration across multiple functions and locations.
