As a senior leader and member of the factory management team, you will influence how products are made, how teams collaborate, and how continuous improvement becomes part of everyday work. Your contributions will directly strengthen safety, quality, delivery performance, and productivity across the site.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead and develop a team of manufacturing project managers and continuous improvement specialists to build a strong culture of operational excellence.

Drive digitalization, automation, capacity expansion, and manufacturing technology initiatives to improve productivity and support business growth.

Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects and Kaizen activities that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.

Partner with production, quality, engineering, and global manufacturing teams to implement scalable solutions and share best practices.

Define and execute manufacturing improvement roadmaps that align operational strategy with future growth and performance targets.

What We're Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise inlean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience leadingmanufacturing technology, automation, digitalization, or factory transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex investment or capital projects while delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills inEnglish and Spanish, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization.
