Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a senior leader to drive manufacturing transformation at our Apodaca site in Mexico. You will shape how products are made, lead a team of project managers and CI specialists, and strengthen safety, quality and productivity across the operation.

You will report to the Head of Operations, work on-site, and collaborate with global teams to implement scalable solutions and best practices that support sustainable growth and world-class performance.

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong lean manufacturing, CI, and operational excellence expertise.
• Experience leading manufacturing technology, automation, digitalization initiatives.
• Successful track record managing complex capital projects with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent communication in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing project managers and CI specialists.
• Drive digitalization, automation, capacity expansion and manufacturing tech initiatives.
• Identify and deliver improvement projects and Kaizen activities for safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
• Partner with production, quality, engineering and global teams to share best practices.
• Define and execute manufacturing improvement roadmaps aligned to growth and performance targets.

By advancing digitalization, automation, and operational excellence, you will help create smarter, more efficient manufacturing processes that support sustainable growth and world-class performance. As a senior leader and member of the factory management team, you will influence how products are made, how teams collaborate, and how continuous improvement becomes part of everyday work. Your contributions will directly strengthen safety, quality, delivery performance, and productivity across the site. What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and develop a team of manufacturing project managers and continuous improvement specialists to build a strong culture of operational excellence.
• Drive digitalization, automation, capacity expansion, and manufacturing technology initiatives to improve productivity and support business growth.
• Identify, prioritize, and deliver improvement projects and Kaizen activities that enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory performance.
• Partner with production, quality, engineering, and global manufacturing teams to implement scalable solutions and share best practices.
• Define and execute manufacturing improvement roadmaps that align operational strategy with future growth and performance targets.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, with the ability to coach, develop, and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong expertise in lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience leading manufacturing technology, automation, digitalization, or factory transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated success managing complex investment or capital projects while delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive change across the organization.
