Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Sales and Distribution Manager for the Tuxtla Gutiérrez region in Chiapas. You will design and drive end-to-end sales and distribution strategies, oversee a multi-channel network, and lead a high‑performing team to grow market share and revenue in the challenging F&B landscape.

The role requires 7+ years in sales leadership within food & beverage, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel as needed across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• MBA is a plus and strong leadership experience in sales management.
• Minimum 7+ years in sales management and distribution in F&B.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies for Tuxtla Gutiérrez region.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of sales reps and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and adjust plans to grow market share and revenue.
• Maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
• Forecast, plan, and report on sales performance to senior management.

Education
