Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Jefe de Alimentos y Bebidas to lead the restaurant and bar operations in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining cost efficiency and high culinary standards.

The candidate will oversee menus, beverage programs, inventory control, staff development, and regulatory compliance, collaborating with the executive team to drive profitability in a dynamic hospitality venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as F&B Manager or similar role in hotels or upscale restaurants.
• Proven ability to manage multiple F&B outlets.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends, wines and spirits.
• Experience in cost control, inventory management and budgeting.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants and bars.
• Develop and implement menus and beverage programs.
• Manage inventory, procurement and costs.
• Train, supervise and motivate staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote F&B offerings.
• Manage budgets for F&B departments and strive for profitability.
• Coordinate with executive chef and department heads for seamless operations.
