Job summary

You will support the development and deployment of innovative training programs and work with internal and external partners to design impactful formats and processes. The position involves identifying development needs, aligning programs with business priorities and serving as a second-tier LMS administrator.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing and implementing modern learning solutions.
• Ability to identify development needs and map them to targeted programs.
• Familiarity with learning analytics and cost reporting.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and implementation of state-of-the-art (digital) learning solutions & development activities.
• Designs learning formats and processes with internal and external partners.
• Supports in identifying development & learning needs and matching them with targeted learning initiatives and programs aligned to business and product priorities.
• Acts as second-tier contact consulting on Learning Management System administration topics.
• Participates in learning communities across Freudenberg to share best practices and foster collaboration.
• Oversees reporting and cost allocation for partnered learning programs.
