Helpware in Mexico is seeking a Learning & Development Officer to design, deliver, and continually improve learning solutions that prepare employees for success and support operational excellence.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, and client stakeholders to align training with business objectives, evaluate learner performance, and drive continuous improvement across programs.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years in Learning & Development or related field.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led and virtual training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and evaluation methods.
• Experience using LMS.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training for new hires and ongoing development.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans, facilitator guides, and training materials.
• Coach trainees and assess performance to determine readiness.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, and clients to align training with KPIs.
