PwC México is seeking a Learning and Development Experienced Associate to design and deliver innovative training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Within Internal Firm Services, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective training solutions across the firm.

You will apply adult learning theories, manage LMS platforms to track progress, and develop engaging materials.

Formación

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a professional services firm.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective training solutions
• Applying adult learning theories to develop engaging and impactful learning experiences
• Utilizing learning management systems to track and report on training progress and outcomes
• Developing training materials and presentations that align with organizational goals and strategies
• Facilitating training sessions and discussions to promote continuous learning and professional growth
• Managing stakeholder communications and engagement to validate alignment with training objectives
• Implementing curriculum development and instructional design techniques to optimize learning outcomes
• Coordinating virtual classrooms and web-based training to expand accessibility and reach
• Supporting the development of strategic solutions for talent identification and employee development
