Job summary

Freudenberg Querétaro is seeking a Training Analyst to support the development and delivery of state-of-the-art learning solutions. You will design learning formats with internal and external partners and help identify development needs aligned to business priorities.

You will act as second-tier LMS administrator contact, help with reporting and cost allocation for learning programs, and participate in learning communities to share best practices across Freudenberg.

Qualifications

• Formal training or work experience in learning and development.
• Experience with designing and implementing learning formats.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development and implementation of learning solutions and development activities.
• Designs learning formats and processes with internal and external partners.

• Acts as second-tier contact for Learning Management System administration topics.
