Infobip Mexico is hiring a Digital Customer Success Associate to help self-service customers maximize value from our digital products. You will handle emails, tickets, and meetings (English required), and perform upsell or cross-sell activities to grow customer value.

You will monitor interactions, analyze data to identify risks and opportunities, and partner with marketing and sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Formación

• 1–3 years in customer-facing sales or support roles.
• Strong English communication; willingness to learn SaaS products.
• Collaborative mindset with data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling strategies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with self-service customers to drive success with digital products.
• Monitor interactions to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and guide customers to resolution.
