Job summary

Amazon Mexico is seeking a Shift Station Manager based in Hermosillo, Sonora, MX. You will lead the delivery station team, manage process assistants and DSPs, and drive safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity.

You will oversee daily operations, coordinate staff requirements, and implement process improvements at pace, adapting to changing conditions while maintaining high service levels for customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of full-time Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management of the delivery station and the Amazon Logistics team.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and DSPs, conduct meetings and training.
• Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained staff, and address needs to keep operations productive.
