Amazon is seeking a Shift Station Manager based in Chihuahua, MX. You will lead the day-to-day operations of the delivery station, managing Process Assistants and DSPs to ensure safety, productivity, and high-quality customer service.

Formación

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2+ years of direct management experience.
2+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
Fluent in English (speak, read, write) and able to take direction in English.

Responsabilidades

Oversee day-to-day delivery station management with a focus on safety, service quality, customer experience, and productivity.
Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers; conduct meetings, training, and assign duties.
Ensure a safe work environment, properly trained staff, and address needs to maximize job performance.
Drive change at speed, identify process improvements, and apply Lean tools across operations.
Receive, scan, lift and move shipments up to 25 kg; manage routing within AMZL coverage area.
