Job summary

Amazon Logistics, AMZL, in Mexico City seeks an experienced Delivery Area Manager to lead a shift of managers and associates in daily delivery station operations, focusing on safety, quality, and on-time performance.

You will drive process improvements, coach teams, coordinate with DSPs and stakeholders, and adapt to growth; 6+ years of operational experience and fluent English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• 6+ years of operational experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) and able to take direction in English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the delivery station, overseeing the operation delivering orders to customers.
• Lead a team of Process Assistants and Delivery Service Providers; manage meetings, training, and task assignments with stakeholders.
• Ensure a safe workplace, properly trained staff, and address their needs to maintain performance.
• Drive change at internet speed; lead lean initiatives and process improvements.
• Monitor routing, sorting, and dispatch; align with productivity goals and safety programs.
