Amazon in Mexico is seeking an Operations Manager to support growth and scalability across the region. You will oversee delivery operations, manage multiple DSP relationships, and drive metrics and improvements to meet customer promises.

The role requires coordinating with Transport, Sortation, Finance, HR, and Engineering, while building a strong team and implementing lean initiatives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of Amazon experience or equivalent.
• 2+ years in employee and performance management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage 24/7 operations with flexible schedule and shift coverage.
• Oversee delivery station performance and drive operational goals.
• Lead relationships with DSPs and cross-functional partners.
• Develop talent plans including acquisition, performance, and development.
