A logistics service provider in Zapopan, Jalisco, seeks a Customer Service Representative to act as a vital link between customers and logistics operations. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, coordinating shipments, and resolving issues in a dynamic bilingual environment. Join our Customer Service & Operations Team and help keep our logistics network moving. You’ll be the vital link between customers, carriers, and internal teams — ensuring every shipment runs smoothly from start to finish.

Whether it’s solving a last-minute issue or tracking a delivery, your communication and problem‑solving skills will make a direct impact.
