Arrow Electronics, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Customer Satisfaction professional in Tlaquepaque, Mexico. You will support product returns and replacements, handle RMA requests, and coordinate with warehouses, sales, assets, and suppliers to resolve issues.

You will document transactions, obtain supplier approvals, and track shipments to obtain final disposition and failure analysis.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service, Returns, or warehouse collaboration.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience with CRM / Ticket systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the product return and replacement process.
• Support RMA research, administrative tasks, and process improvements.
• Respond to and process RMA requests, including issuing credits.
• Investigate RMA requests via order and inventory histories.
• Interface with warehouses, sales, assets, and suppliers for issue resolution.
• Document all return transactions accurately in the system.
• Obtain RMA approvals from suppliers and coordinate return shipments.
