You will role model AEO values and customer-first behaviors while keeping the store neat, clean and well-presented at all times. You will drive brand loyalty by informing customers about AE loyalty programs, assist with merchandise knowledge, process transactions quickly and accurately, and collaborate with teammates to achieve daily goals

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive experience.
• Inform customers about AE loyalty programs to drive brand loyalty.
• Confidently provide product knowledge using store tools to enhance engagement and sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Assist in merchandising and keeping the store clean, organized, and presentable.
• Process register transactions accurately according to cash handling procedures.
• Restock returns merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items.
