American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in San Luis Potosí is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain a neat, well-presented store.

You will help customers with product knowledge, participate in promotions and loyalty programs, and support the store team to meet daily goals. Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; prior retail experience preferred.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods of time; flexible to sit, reach, bend, etc.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit customers by suggesting looks and current promotions based on style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Perform register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
