American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Culiacan, Mexico. You will deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain a neat store while modeling AEO values and Customer First behavior.

You will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting brand loyalty programs, using POS systems, and collaborating with the store team to meet daily targets. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and sales leadership.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to enhance engagement and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in interactions.
• Outfit customers with looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands to customers.
• Process register sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returned merchandise to the correct location and label damaged items correctly.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized sales floor and back areas.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with a focus on satisfaction.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
